Summer Cricket Academy

Basingstoke and NH cricket club, Mays Bounty, Fairfields road, RG21 3DR
For Boys and Girls aged 10-14 years
August 2,3,4, 2021, | 10am-4pm

Julian Wood is Basingstoke Cricket Club Head Coach, England T-20 batting coach and power
hitting specialist. He will lead a 3-day academy aimed at developing the skills of young
players who want to get the best out of their game. A coaching staff including Hampshire
academy and Basingstoke CC ECB qualified coaches will support Julian throughout.

Improve all aspects of your game, using drills Julian uses when coaching all his
Elite/International players in:

Fielding
Batting
Bowling

This will be a high intensity, high level of technical training.and competition in a fun and
challenging environment

Prior experience of Hard Ball cricket is required
• Cost – £40 /day or £100 for the 3 day course.
• Open to all – no requirement to be Basingstoke CC club member
